Preferred Pillow back Stuffing - fiber fill or schredded foam?

In terms of durability, to stuff an attached pillow back, with buttons, would you have a foam or fiber fill as your preference?  A medium soft is preferred, not real soft.

The reason for your choice might be beneficial.


The original was schredded foam and buttons.  I see positives with both.

I use to like the feel of a blend of shredded foam and kapok. The kapok took the foam feel away and softened the feel.

Personally, I would not use fibrefill, as it tends to compress and flatten out over time.  The foam (I HATE shredded foam because of the static cling!) does keep its resilience and shape longer.  My 2cents, Jan
