I finally got around to making a tool belt. This one is for fitting the blank to the boat, and I plan to make another one for doing the final fit and snap installation.

Very nice. I have a large version that is attache to the shelf on my right next to the sewing machine.
I keep all my tools in that one ( scissors, nippers, hog ear clippers, two tiny needle nose pliers, tape measure, etc., etc.

They come in real handy. I am sure you will like yours.

Im like you chris next to my machines. When im eorking on boat im in then here sitting kneeling kn. the bow ect. And in past lifes i always had stuff fall out kneeling inless im stsnding sll the time sernt good. Before ehen all my boat were in my yard and i was sorkinh around them on trailers i had a work table i sat all my stuff or on e the. Over is partialyon snapping i set my little plastic tackle trsy of snap pRts on the. Over and i stall the rest of the snaps.  But now im uslualy sitting on a boat lift cross beam installing snaps. Somthing good would surly go inthe drink.

If someone made a magizine fed snap tool and I would not need the other belt!

With sore thumbs and fingers, and then that little rubber thingy that holds the button in place gets stiff from the cold. I spend more time fumbling around with snaps than sewing the cover!

Can you buy just the rubber? I thought you had to buy the whole attachment, and I can't find those for less than $25.
