Hi guys,

I've had one of our customers send us a sample of a "tweed" carpet.  We've never seen anything like it, and have no idea who carries it...  neither has does our customer.

Have any of you ever seen this?  If so, what do you call it?  Who carries it?

Thanks!

No, it's much smaller looped than square weave.

Looks like regular commercial loop but with a foam backing.  Don't know about the backing.

Karastan makes a level-loop tweed but I'm sure it's pricey.

Looks like the Daytona carpet they use in old Corvettes.

Hey 206, yep that's it!  I just Google'd it, and we have a winner.  Now, next question, do any suppliers carry it?

I know Al Knoch Corvette sell the kits made out of it, not sure if they sell the yardage, I'll check today if I get a chance.

The Daytona carpet material is available from ACC.  They have it in 12 colors. Their site is http://www.accmats.com.
