Hi
have a chance to buy a newish Chinese 132K6 cheap
but its broken, that is, it's stuck on the longest stitch
has 2 inspection plates at rear
you can see in and note that the 2 circular bits won't lock together
and a screw has broken off there, 3 of them all together
hard to fix? junk? or worth trying?
cheers

Depends how much it is, having said that I would be very cautious as I have owned a k6 for 30 years now and have had no problems with it, never had to buy a part. It is a pity you are in Perth as I am about to sell it with a binding attachment , you would need to be getting the Chinese one for next to nothing.

i've had chinese copy machines in the past and would much rather
buy a second hand well known brand like Juki, Brother Durkopp etc

yes i know most of the big brand machines are Chinese made now
but seem to be of a much higher standard than Clone machines.

Thanks for the advice, Gents.
