Help Identifying Rocking Chair.

My mother has this old rocking chair, and was asking me about it.  I don't know much about furniture, yet alone old stuff.  I talked to a coworker about it, and he thinks it may be a Russian Rocker.  I have searched the net the past hour or so with no luck.  Also, the base was with it, but unsure if it belongs.  If anyone has any info, pics, or anything else, let me know.  Thanks.

It is similar to a Hunzinger style, if that helps.
