 Bobbin ive had quoes like yours i give a price the owner has a blank stare and say he has to think about it , i leave forget to call him back and 6 month later they call to go ahead ive mearned not to tear out my negative bid notes now i had one likle this this past summer good thing i still had my notes.
;D just yestrerday i quoted a full to the waterline cover for a boat with a tower a big job again blank stare wherews the money gona come from look, and leave  maybe ill hear back
