I have a sign in my shop that reads:
"We've come so far with so little, that we feel like we could do anything with nothing at all in no time flat."
That sign hung in my Granparent's upholstery shop when I was a kid, next to a couple of those old glass fire bottles.
I still have them in my shop today.

The OH wants this put on his work shirts.

"We, the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful.
We have done so much, for so long, with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing."

Can't remember where the quote is from.

Has any one got that sign that includes, " Another week ends.....All goals met..... All pigs fed & ready to fly" I used to have it once but can't remember the rest of it.

Old Skool Sewing Machine Dealer signs I've seen long ago that stuck with me (I could NEVER get away with these in my shop today);

"Repairs for machines purchased from our shop, $10 an hour; for machines purchased somewhere else; $15 an hour."

And, my personal favorite; "If you can't find anything to do, don't do it here."  Belive me, this guy meant it, too.
