accurate in their instruction ?

The videos are looking like a step up in quality from some of sailrite's earlier video how to material. Cleaver marketing releasing these videos along with the new awning hardware? The overall price point of sailrite's retail hardware and supplies is looking rather attractive....not quite as attractive as having a wholesale account :) with other suppliers

Has anyone used the sailrite professional machines? I bought the LSZ1 about 8 years ago and have found it a really handy tool to have in the back of the truck, etc.
