Mike, I'm up in VA. Mainly canvas work for 25 years. I think of you FLA guys every winter. Thought about relocating down there a few times but all the family is up here and further north.

Found this site by accident. I think I was searching for info on how to bend 1-1/4" SS tube. First time and I didn't want to drop $900 on a new BendArc block set. I had a 1" x 10" radius block that I had cut a different radius on the back side. Spent $65 on a 1-1/4" nose bit for the router, set up a jig to route the block and bingo, saved myself $835 (minus a couple of hours).

The job I'm working on is a camper and enclosure for a 55' Sea Ray w/hardtop. Got the frame bent and mounted but decisions have to be made re: transition from hardtop to frame. I'll work it out.

Thanks for the welcome.
