JUKI 1541-S shuttle/hook assembly out of whack, help me fix it!

I'm no machine mechanic Greg  :o I just do all my own repairs because firstly i'm too tight
to pay someone and second i can't be without the machine  hehe

Not what I had in mind at all when I made that post.

It's not often, but I have had people on the telephone say "Oh, he said something different, let me get him on three way, and we can discuss..."  HOLD ON there brother.  I'm not going to debate judgment calls, such as when a worn hook should be replaced, or anything else.  He is the guy who couldn't fix it in the first place, calls himself a sewing machine mechanic who, and now your calling me!  THanks, but no thanks! :D

Not often does this happen, but I feel like I do a good job up front to prevent this from occurring.
