Diversification can be interesting

The last part of the day, after doing leather seat repairs in a near new car, there was wood work to do on new furniture (near new anyway).

I sawed some ledgers and repaired rails, it turned out profitable.

My objective is to do the work in different dimensions that pay the most.  No one dimension usually pays the highest scale for every thing, hence it can be more profitable to work on the better paying work of any sector of the business.

A business has expenses, so there is an incentive to make it pay.

There is one function that hasn't paid well over the years and that is making buttons.

Today, had a customer walk in needing half dozen for some kind of project.

It was an added daily experience.
