What's the plan or a reasonable plan to grow a business?

Your are so right. We have paid cash for alot of our properties over the last several years. We bought two homes for 50 % under the market value. We own 5 acres in the Blue Ridge Parkway area ( Otter Creek ) for half its value.

We made ridiculous offers of cash and immediate closing dates and that is what sealed the deals. I am not sure if I want to rent space. I hate handing my hard earned cash over to someone else and would rather own the building myself. I would rather have the asset in my back pocket then someone else's.
