That reminds me of what I'm thinking when I'm at a church meeting. I think many of the committee members work at jobs in large companies or the government (remember, Wash DC metro area) and they're used to "well, let's form a sub-committee to look into this issue and have them report back to us in two months" so that's usually how the wheels turn. I'm thinking more like "Oh, I see the problem, dive in and I'll have it fixed by the end of the week".  ::)
