Hi I'm Becky and I'm new here. I hope this is the right place to ask about reupholstering a channel back chair. I'm self taught and have done my sofa, wing chair, dinning chairs, headboards, and ottomans. BUT I'm stumped on how to do a channel back chair. Can anyone point me to a how to on this site. Thanks so much, Becky

Since you've already done sofas and chairs, I assume the main question that you have  is how to do the channels?
There are several different methods for stuffing the channels after you've sewn the pockets.
Here's a "How-to" from Carr's Corner:

Pick the method you think makes the most sense with your present skills.
Then get out the scrap material and practice before tackling the final cover.

Personally I like the foam technique where you staple behind the channel filling as opposed to the sausage stuffing methods.
