Chaparral boats "Dura-Life MAX" vinyl

Anyone know where to get this stuff?  A google search only links it to Chaparral.  I'm guessing it's a logo'd product for them and it's really some Morbern/Naugahyde/whatever made vinyl sold as something else through commercial channels.  I'm not having any luck matching the color and texture.
