I have Ben using the clear plastic at Junes recomendation for my patterns.  But It was a bit cloudy although named clear. I just got a box  this week and found it was more clear this time. I hope it stays so  see the old on  the right new o. The left is much clearer

Is that 6 mil Mike?  Last box I got was very cloudy and with a seriously PINK tinge.  It was only semi-transparent if you held it right up against a boat part.  I don't know if it was old or a different mfg.  In any case, I hope they'll continue to get the clear stuff.  It's much easier to pattern with.

Yes it's is 6 I like the 4 for smaller patterns like a console cover  also
but for large stuff I like the 6
