I have 2 older ATV's - one is a 1991 Polaris 4x4 and the other is a 1985 Yamaha.  The foam has been totally destroyed by a bear that got into the shed and I am having a heck of a time trying to get replacements due to the age of the vehicles.
Any suggestions on where to go?  If I can't get foam, any suggestions on how to rebuild the seats?
Appreciate any ideas!
Thanks,
Liz

If you have a foam supplier they should be able to supply it. You can use a closed cell firm foam for the seats. It is very firm. Used for life jackets etc as well as ATV and snowmobile seats. If you dont have a supplier google closed cell foam.

I use to check this place out ages ago, I didn't see seats available looking at 2 models but good luck. covers seem to be on ebay but that's realy not a big deal for you. not sure on other models maybe put them numbers up and  I will look a bit.

Also may be a local/state atv recycler in your local:

I just rebuild them with firm seat foam. If you can post a picture I'll look up some pictures of a comparable rebuild I've done. It's not as daunting as it looks.
