Does any on the board here subscribe to any of the upholstery, textile, craftsman and other magazines relating to the work discussed around here.
I am starting to notice some online options for these also, so inquiring minds as myself ask.
Are you writing for any articles or would you like to with your experience share forward some.
Crazy as it is, the time we spend and enjoying some conversations on the board here.
Being a member here I found some good topics through past years, and would be interested reading others if available.

Its takes more than one person to build or tear down, I'm a builder in any world!

I subscribe to Marine Fabricators magazine. For other aspects of upholstery, I find this forum very enlightening..

Trade magazines, as with most all print media, are fast going the way of the dinosaur.

Upholstery Journal used to have a strong presence here. Some members from this forum and Carr's Corner contributed to it. But the print version folded a few years ago.

Thanks guys, I like to have some print and so been getting the marine fab also, I'm not sure but I thought they printed the Journal as your talking about there. hmm that's bummer I just looked online and sure doesn't look like they do as you mention, did I hear a combining of sorts, ? just not sure now.
I have to say I use to spend many bucks on print and now have more interest on here and some other forums online. Just to busy I guess.
I know some of the articles in the marine fab are great and could assume the journal was the same, and actually wanted to subscribe to it.

But to get back on topic, I have seen some other postings with say a tech write up by one or maybe two seasoned pros in an illustrated somewhat posting. I guess some call that a blog but its been done way before blogs were ever mentioned that I recall. Just had a thought for all the talented upholsters here, like you all don't have enough to do.
