At my last doctor's visit I asked my doctor if she had a pill that I could take and it would cause me to set a goal to lose weight and achieve that goal.

She said, without a smile, that if she had a pill like that she would give it to her 350 and 400 pound patients. She than added, rather sullenly, that the only think she can figure out is that they have given up all hope.

Of those 10 items, kodyD, I'm trying to find the one that I relate to the least. I'll have to think about it for awhile.
