Ford edge springs

I need to replace springs on the edge of 70s f series ford bench Wheres the best place to buy these springs?  Also i was wondering if anyone has ever just replaced these springs with a block of dense foam.  It is a farmers seat that get real hard use.

I believe I would google for vehicle seat springs, because there are a few who make different type of replacement springs.  La Baron Bonney, antique ford supplier uses one.  Just find out what springs are available and retrofit one in.

I suppose very high density foam is an option, given a platform to hold it is added.

Good luck, I would suggest wrecking yards but going in that direction can be time consuming.
