Customer in Ecuador

One of my customers recently moved to Ecuador. She wants a slip cover for her sofa, but hasn't had any luck communicating with any upholstery shops there. She thought that she could just give the dimensions to me and I could make one and ship it to her.
I told her that I don't even do them when I have the piece in my shop.

If any of you guys do that type of work, or have any advice on finding a reputable shop in that part of the world (Portoviejo, Ecuador), let me know.
