Grommet Size?

We use the plastic thumbscrew. A clamping thing sounds neat. Like a quick release of a bicycle wheel? Anybody ever see one of these-

A boat vent you can adjust from the outside? I like the idea but the thingy looks kind of overly complicated (meaning expensive). It says they were new in 2009....

What the heck is the tellow part ? Look like a hose fitting
I wouldntike the look of the tall pole sticking above the cover but it is a lis going under when the pole isnt up tight enough. There would havr to be some water leakage also with the hole in the cover. No biggy to me even  bimini frams eill lesk with a cover. Ut sround them seal or no seal.

Trivantage or manart . I really like them . I just got tired of messing with the old rusted metal thumb screw and the plastic oned break off over time then you need a vise grip to adjust them. Just like a bike quick release Peppy

Here's one. they have a snap and a grommet post so youre "covered " either way hahahahah
