Mike - Are you attaching to SS tubing or aluminum pipe? I didn't see the part June
pointed out but if it's from Trivantage I'm sure it's SS for tubing. In your original
post you said pipe. SS hardware dimensions won't work on pipe. If you actually
need a split clamp for pipe check Taco, E-Tec or Eatern Metal Supply

This boat  had stainless   Clamp
On jaws just like the normal 1" seen   Snd it was an aluminum arch.
I looked real quick on my phone but didnt see them.  Do they easter have. Imini frame fittings?
Thanks dbr
Ive used 7/8" and 1" hindved jaws but only on stsinless rails seems like 1" on my tape are you saying the aluminum pipe is off  different then stainless pipe?

Tubing is defined by outside diameter while pipe is defined by inside diameter.

I.E., 2" tubing is 2" outside. 2" schedule 40 pipe is approximately 2.5" outside
diameter. Schedule 40 pipe is typically what is used for aluminum arches.

However, 1.5" pipe is close to 2" outside diameter so it might work. Don't be
be surprised if a stainless split jaw is a little loose or somewhat to tight.

I've had to mount to aluminum arches before but it was larger pipe. I had to get
split collars and weld tabs to them. If you're working with smaller pipe the
stainless split may work fine.

Got a pic?
