Sorry tomsixetrack nut don't you have cable or satalite tv rich with no commercials them what still a licsene?

fragged8

we have cable and sat , but if the TV is capable of receiving the BBC
then you need a licence,

Even if you don't own a TV but watch the bbc on your PC over the internet
then you need one ..

bobbin

Very nice work, Rich.  Everything is as neat as a pin.  You should be well proud of yourself!  If you used coil zipper (#10) you could completely eliminate that zipper ripple on lower curve of the "U" window.

thanks Bobbin, thanks for the tip, it's the first U i've done

the customer actually didn't like it, people round here don't like
change heheh..

A u zipperrichiseasier tell them as you can just unzipped it roll itup and affix it with a strap rather then messing with snaps to open the window. And at nightitshard to seethrough the glass so toucan quickly open  it to see docking and such.

hiya

I wouldn't mind doing them as it would be some easy extra money
but folks in these parts just won't go for it. Even the bigger boat owners
probably wouldn't like me to put U's in .

Seriously Mike fancy coming over to help do the big enclosure
if i pay the flight and put you up .. ?

Seriously, Richard???!!!  What do they do when they want more air in the cockpit?  Just take them down?   I'm actually starting to see more "vents" in "U" zips.  That's right, a mini "U" within a "U".   Makes sense to me.  I personally love the idea and if I had a 48' sportfish, I'd want them too...  Placed at the top under a hardtop, they provide ventilation without all the associated spray in foul weather.
