Thanks for the response.  Would you do a full overlay and glue in place ? sew in place with a curved needle ? maybe a stitching awl if I can get inside the cushion ?  There's no good answer but give me your best advice - the dog is our baby and it wasn't his fault  ::)   actually he is the boss  ???

General Discussion / Love Seat Damage

I have an older leather love seat and the dog chewed a hole.  I have a small piece of matching leather fabric to cover the hole. The extra piece is about 1 inch bigger than the hole all the way around. The love seat is about 8 years old so I just want to patch for now and get another couple of years out of it before replacing entirely.  How would you proceed.
Thanks for any advice to get me going in the right direction.
