 right now i don't have pay TV, so i have piece of wire 30ft. long rigged up to an indoor antenna that i threw on the roof.

what is the paper under the tacks for ?

 Velcro will fix the problem. Just hand stitch a 2x6 strip to cushion and deck. I used to do this allot when I worked at a large furniture retailer

I prefer to only cut a pattern once . It seams like a waste of time to cut a part ,like  an I/A twice.
