Post by: 206RB on September 05, 2010, 10:15:02 am
E21 to be exact.
Has anyone run into totally trashed bolster foam? Spent numerous hours repairing it?
Well, I have made a mold and can supply you with new ones. FYI

Good job I have a supplier making me injection molded lower and back bolsters now for e21 and LS seats. Will be mainly using them for my customers seats.

Cool beans, Kevin
I've been buying pairs of these seats, re doing them, and selling them for 1000 to 1500.  The prices are doing nothing but going up.
I wish I had been buying the early 911 seats back in the day. Those are bringing up to 8 grand now.

Cool I finished a set of early Recaros (early Porsche ) for a customers 2002 tii.  They are such a simple seat and they bring stupid money.  I gave him a deal so I could have the patterns for kits.  E30 kits are still my main core of business.
Kevin
Here is one my e21 Recaro kits installed by my customer.......

BMW 3 series e21.  LS came in Alfa milano verde's, some VW, European early 3 series. There were older recaros with mesh headrests in Mustangs and a few other american cars.
