I looked up Bautista Furniture online. I found a shop in PA that does upholstery and refinishing. They have a nice website. And they've been in business a while.

I don't know why he would advertise on here, but whatever.
My take on his statement is when we use to advertise that upholstery will not, "burn a hole in your pocket" all we would get were cheap customers looking for a cheap job.
But when we redesigned our website to be more quality conscious and aimed at the higher end consumer we started attracting that type customer. This helped to increased our business and workload. We were able to raise our prices and the tire kickers don't call near as often.
