Title: Hats Off to Toledo Sewing Machines

    Hi Folks
    Yes its been a while.
    as you can see im moveing in this slowley

    My cluchs motor was giving fits runaway you no
    So pulled the trigger and called Bob on a wenday around 2:00
    To order the new servo motor was nice talking to Bob again

    After i order it i removed the cluch motor wow its heavy
    its fell in the floor broke the pulley.
   
    Guess what the servo motor was at my house the next day
    AT 2:00  now thats service
    I had the motor on and the Machine runing by 5:00

       And did i say i have control of the Machine
       Just Love it   no more runaway  wahooo

Good tosee you therapy.
Alot of people are moving to servos my clutches are still fine.
Do you still have the bayliner?

hi Mike yes I still have the Bayliner overheated engine 2 years ago
had to put new heads on that's all 500 bucks I was back in the water

looks like I'm ready to start doing boat  tops I have a Bimini To do for a 79 Carver fly bridge
I think its a 32 photo  damn speech recognition?
I bought the press n Snap tool with all the snaps needed

and A new Eagle Hot knife                 hop ni

Sounds like you could  fix It yourself. Thats a good  thing
Speech recognition i k ow all about. 3 years ago i had a stroke that left me sith Wful speech. Call someplace and get a machine lol. "Did you say?" No no lol

Thank you Bob.

My clutch motor quit working. I emailed my local sewing machine repair guy with pictures. I didn't hear back from him so I emailed Bob. I thought maybe the cork pads were worn.

Bob said it was probably PEBSMAC.

Well, actually Bob did not say that. I did. Bob said the cork looked fine and it may be a matter of adjusting the wing nut on the back of it and checking the linkage to the foot pedal.

I was in the middle of a major project, using my other sewing machine, and just got back to working on the motor. I did as Bob suggested and it works great! It actually seems to work better than before, which would make sense, now that it's adjusted correctly.

I got an email back from my guy here in town saying I need a new clutch motor.
