Title: heres one i did earlier..
Post by: fragged8 on May 04, 2011, 03:52:59 pm

the customer wanted a full L bench making but when i told him
the price it was too rich for him, so i did a re-vamp on the existing.

and added a back into the backrest to feel more like a Bayliner full L bench

That is really sharp, Rich!  Just the right amount of blue to give it a jaunty, nautical feel.

thanks bobbin, the customer wanted to break up the white so i fluted the base and added the blue
as it was all white with blue piping.

thanks Mike, I think it was a 27 Bayliner prob about the right age
though.  When you say aft cabin you mean under the L bench ?

He just had the fake teak decking done a week earlier, it does look
nice

Fluted = tuck and roll. except it came off the roll like that heheh.

hiya
the guy is a really good customer he pays within an hour of getting the bill  ;D

he did ask if i would cover the arch Mike but he wanted blue in there and
i thought it would look odd so hes still thinking about that.

Even though he didnt go for the big constructed L bench due to price
it was a good exercise finding out about time and cost of building one
and all the info has been stored on my server for another time :-) including
Dr Peppy's pics hehe.

i always appreciate the feedback, thanks guys
