Seems it's beenaround awhile. I belive it's a atispam thing.

Yeah, but it's a PITA when you want to jump on for a few secs to ask a question or throw out a quick answer.  90 secs minimum after signing on and 90 secs minimum between posts.

Ya it sucks. I guess it limits the spambots to only 5000 posts a day.
