Title: folding and stapeling corners

marine vinyl how do you finish the corners when stapeling to a board?

  its kind of a learned process.. heat the corner with a heat gun, nice and warm, try it with a scrap piece first....the vinyl will streach .. with two fingers at the top of the corner of the vinyl, pull taunt and over the top, staple about 1/2 inch in in the center. pull the vinyl tword you and it will streach again, staple beside the first, push it away from you and staple again on the other side, as you work the vinyl back and forth, your streaching it on both sides of the corner and stapleing it at the samer time..
  when you finish, you really dont have a fold, but instead, a streached round corner on the wood .. it takes some work but after time, you'll be able to work a corner a couple inches in both directions.. and it delivers a clean corner.....
  then the tough part, learning to streach the corner without pulling the foam down.. just takes time to learn it.....
