I posted a question in my introduction and it was suggested that I post it here as well.

I have a Singer 16-188 and need a clear illustration of the threading scheme. All the illustrations I've seen thus far appear to be many-generations-old photocopies that are indistinct.

Thank you for the response. I'd seen that thread earlier and downloaded the manual. The illustrations are very poor quality. I copied DB's instructions last night and think that they might do the trick.
