Is there a folder for making your own? If not anyone have any measurements for how wide you need to cut to net 3/4 ? Need a small quantity in a couple colors.

I also have an inquiry in with Atlas to see if they have a folder that will work.  There are some hemming folders they have that look like they may work but material thickness might be an issue.

If they have one that will work, you would have to run one side, and then flip and run the other side of the fold.  I imagine that the pre-made hidem is done on a double needle machine.

Unless you're going to be doing this a lot; just use spray glue from a rattle can. Mark your centre line and fold lines on the back of the vinyl. Run a piece of 1/2" masking tape over the centre line, and spray the back side of the vinyl.Remove the tape. Fold your outside edges to their fold line and roll with a wallpaper roller or the business end of a hammer .  8) use it as an iron , not a beating device  8). Now you have two manageable parts to line up on centre and sew.
