Title: When it's too Windy for a Windy...
Post by: PDQ on September 13, 2010, 10:26:06 am
...You climb off the boat, have a smoke, calm yourself down, go for a wee and then return to the boat relaxed, calm and ready to have another go. But upon your return you find that it's always blowing harder than ever!!!!

WHY WHY WHY!!! >:( >:( >:(

Sounds like the Great Pacific Northwest just about every afternoon.

Wind blowing, boat rocking, tools rolling / flopping around the deck, owner standing around asking a ton of questions, I'm trying to get a decent set of measurements and maintain a conversation.... Arrrggghhhhhh!

{{{Must resist the temptation to throw the owner into the water}}}

Somehow the work still gets done.  Another day.

Making a cover for a BBQ tomorrow.  Let the wind blow!

hiya

you'll have to pattern with mesh, then the wind will just blow straight through..

;D ;D ;D

I can't complain too much, I rarely get a bad patterning day. It might threaten to rain or
the wind is a little more than you would like but mostly I do ok ..
