An up close photo of the front and back might be helpfull.  Are there any markings on the back side of the vinyl?

Can't say for sure with that pic, but with the shine on it, it resembles Spralding's Soft Side collection. I use those and Naughahyde brand and it seems the Spralding has more of a "shine" to the material than Naughahyde. I could be way off though.

So the cover isn't yours? As in you didn't do the work, right? Good. Can't say that I trust it will pull nicely or look good when it's done.

As for the vinyl, I might tend towards the Jetstream line. It has a nice subtle metallic look to it, is marine grade and easy to get.

Definately not Jetstream...  Jetstream is that shiny, but doesn't have that shade.  Spradling vs. Naugahyde shine varies by product.  Shine is product specific not brand specific (ie. English Pub by Nauga, Polaris by Futura, etc).  My guess (bad picture!) is either:

Sta-Soft Coastal Blue

All American Royal

Could be Atlantis Martinique Seascape Blue

My bet is Sta-Soft.
