Just wanted to give "two thumbs up" to Gregg from Keystone. You've been vey helpful to many of us on the board that have encountered machine problems!! (If you are even half as helpful with your 'paying' customers you guys run a hell of a business!!) ;D 8)
Thanks a bunch. BTW - I got my machine back together and running smoothly thanks to the drwings and instructions you emailed.
Howard
I agree with Howard.
I've seen where Gregg has been helpful to folks here on the website even when there was nothing in it for him.
Gregg has given information and readily provided links to sewing machine parts and manual's. I really appreciate his fast responses to mine and other peoples questions about all kinds of things.
I'm still researching if we could benefit from buying the Singer 7-33. When I find out I'll be in touch. A bigger shop is defiantly on my list.
Thanks Gregg! ;D
I don't post much, but I have to add my 2 cents. Gregg is the man! Always helpful...even when he knows he won't make a dime. I always believe kindness will be returned.
I want to get on board with this too. Thanks Gregg.
I'm disappointed this thread hasn't hit the second page yet!@# ;D
Thanks again to all of you, too.
People are always quick to call or email when things are not going well with their gear, and will often disappear when all is calm. I guess this is the nature of service oriented business.
It's always great to hear people feel my hard work is paying off, and it never gets old, so thanks again.
Yeah, THANKS Gregg!
I was just looking at your site this morning, thinking about buying a few spare parts and screws just to have on hand. I like the way you've added associated parts to the bottom of a machine listing.
Keep up the good work!
I am hoping to make it hit the second page! Thanks for the input on the Consew!
Thanks Gregg.....

<sarcasm>No, no, that would be too much! You guys are going to create a walking ego with legs and arms sticking out, and an over inflated head!</sarcasm>
Hello to all, I've been on the forum for quite a while, but this is my first post. I learn a great deal from all the knowledgeable people on here, which is how i found out about Gregg. i was recently debating on whether or not to purchase a servo motor for my consew 206rb1. i got prices from a few web sites, but still had questions, so i called Gregg, he was extremely helpful and then also price matched the servo motor to the lowest price I had found. I found that incredible!!! Now i have a single source to go to whenever i need anything for my machine in the future. Thanks Gregg!
One more post, and Gregg will finally have that elusive 3rd page that he's been dreaming of.............AW CRAP!!!
Additional kudos to his sainted mother. I spoke to her on the phone today. Nice lady.
Gregg wasn't available. I think she had put him down for his nap.

I called him once too and he wasn't available. I believe that day his Mom had grounded him. ;D

She probably found his porn stash. :o
C'mon Gregg! Between the mattresses if the first place they look. ;D
If THIS post doesn't do it, I give up.
You guys are making my dull morning a bright one, thanks to all you guys as well.
I learn a lot around here, too, so it's really a two way street.
I really do enjoy interaction and friendships we have formed here as well. I look forward to all the interactions I have here almost daily.
Oh, and if I'm not available by telephone, it's usually because I'm busy responding to a thread or post here on the Upholstery Message Board!
The little woman called Gregg about a week or two ago. She told him, to get the machine to go, she had to push the pedal all the way to the floor. He told her the belt was to tight. Now how did he know I had just tightened the belt?
Thanks Gregg.
