The answer is: Because unmotivated minimum wage workers, lacking any semblance of a work ethic, are not capable of creating a semi secure wood butt joint with cheap wood glue and 2" staples.

This is rust.
It is caused by oxygen.
It is called oxygenation.
We breath oxygen every day.
If oxygen can do this to a metal chain, imagine what it can do to your lungs.
Please help to raise awareness about the dangers of oxygen.

PS: No I was not spraying a lot of foam glue today. At least I don't remember doing so.

I think the Lacquer thinner is the cause of this post. It gets me every time. Get some fresh air.
