I built a half fence wall enclosure for a client to hide her yard tools, but she has found it isn't enough to keep the rain and leaves out. I thought a awning type contraption with a domed top would be suitable and she likes the idea. I could use half inch schedule 40 PVC that would bend easily and can be pieced together and glued with fittings. Haven't found curved awning poles, are they available or do you have to bend them yourself? Suggestions or ideas?
I think your on to a good idea, I have a sis that has bought a couple little green houses 10x14 or close and they use pvc as you mention, I cannot recall schedule though missed that?. I got the nephews and drilled them to Help her with the foundation and grading and spread - gravel for some base.
I did notice hers has a couple odd fittings, not the normal 90 degree T's but might be able to find them some where else. these are used over the end peak as its a gable.
Good luck with it
Thanks!
