If foam were called "whut" instead of "foam", my Subject would be Sew Whut.
Here's a new one on me. I got a 79" x 21" boxed cushion today to make a new cover. The foam was two pieces sewn together with nylon thread. No glue at all, just stitches.
Notice how the previous professional Window Treatment workroom owner didn't even bother to make the widths the same.

I may have spliced in a few Dutchman patches made of oak or steel rods from end to end to connect those pieces - and it really wasn't that far off center - nothing a bit of padding and epoxy couldn't solve - Sew no more !

You're making this up, right?
