Title: Difficulty finding sample of 40 gauge acrylic...
Post by: Pegasus2007 on December 10, 2012, 07:01:14 am
I need a 40 gauge acrylic product for a job I'm quoting so it matches what he has now.  60 gauge is just too thick for this application.  I tried to get Tri Vantage to send me a sample of 40 gauge Sea Clear but they will not do it.  They said I have to just buy a whole sheet.  Does anyone out there have a sample of 40 gauge Sea Clear or another brand that I can show to my customer?  Thanks! :o

If you can't use .06, then go to hardware store and buy .04 to show customer. If customer agrees, then buy seaclear or whatever you wish to use. If your going to sew it in, then you'll be using polycarbonate.
