The 143 really didnt have any distribution here in the US that I know of. Regardless, if you need a machine, the price is certainly right and it should be fine, if youre handy it shouldnt be hard to tune up either

Does it say that the motor is included?
I have asked if there is a motor or a reverse, but no answer as yet, a few more photos would have helped. I have found the sellers that cant be bothered describing what there selling properly don't like to answer questions.
