Title: Embroidery and backing question
Post by: marko69 on June 15, 2012, 08:40:10 pm
What would be the proper way to finish this off?

This will be the headrest of a seat cover.  Vinyl with cut away backing.
How close to the letters should I cut it?  Should I glue the backing down so it doesn't move when pulling the cover over the seat? Cut the corners rounded?

You can cut off the backing as close as you want I'd leave an inch. Thats all that is really necessary. Gluing a thin piece of fabric on top to keep the thread off the foam wouldn't hurt.
