The arms are trick to figure out the first time you have to push it in about 1/2" then rotate it about 3/4 the way ariund backwards then it will remove out a keyway.
Vets prety rusty though in the marine enviorment I dont think it will be around long

I have one more armrest to tomorow
Manart sells stainless hog rings for joining bungee cord, but that's ridiculous for a marine seat! Never seen one built like that. One or two seasons and it'll be done - at least along the coast. Maybe on an inland lake it'll last till the vinyl's done then it will be garbage. Not a bad idea if you could get all the parts in stainless, but I've never heard of stainless zig-zag springs ::)

I repaired a seat like that a couple of years ago. It was also on a pontoon boat, don't remember the brand. The steel was a rusted mess and the boat was only about six years old and only been in fresh water.
So many of these pontoon seats are made to get the boat off the showroom floor and thats about it >:(
Yes well this boat was only 2 years old and the vinly was all sunburnt. So its all got to go
