Has anyone seen a source for a tabletop with a left hand return like "TheJoe" shows in his recent post "New To upholstery" ?

I saw that. I'm planning to make a new top for my table. I'm looking for ideas on an add on leaf or folding leaf. Also, material to use.
Buying a top like that may be cheaper!
