I'm looking at a used Ludwig LG-0628 that might be a rebranded Seiko machine. I would appreciate if anybody knows anything about this machine, especially the corresponding Seiko model.

Doubt that's a Seiko and if its the price is think I'm seeing someone is asking way too much.
