That's a good one Bobbin, "BS detection" I like that I'm going to have to post a sign in the shop of that one. I just heard another good one from a 40 year marine canvas retiree about doing work for (your friends)
"Don't let your friends get in your pockets"
Have a GREAT DAY, I love this board

General Discussion / patio sling chairs
April 26, 2011, 10:32:06 am
Hello to All,
I am working on my second set of patio sling chairs and was wondering if you know of a wholesale supplier for the end caps, splines and misc parts. I did a search online and the ones I have found looks like they are the middle man and I was looking for a supplier. Keyston and Tri Vantage don't carry any of the supplies. Thanks for looking.

Thank You, Mike
Keyston suggested K-tex and when the customer brought it over it looks like it is K-tex and he decided to just have all the seams resewn. He was thinking on having me make a new one out of something lighter weight so he could handle it easier but now has changed his mind. I will check out the 500 stuff you suggested.
Thanks again,
Lori

Hello Everyone, do any of you know of a wholesale supplier of 4foot squares of 3 or 4 inch thick foam coated with a color or just even in white? I have seen them around the lakes used as a floating table or to float around on. There is a place close to us that always has stacks of them for sale resale and the price ranges from $80.00 for white and $100.00 for all colors except pink and $125.00 for pink.
I have an idea brewing but need to find a cheaper supplier than the one nearby.
Thank You for looking!
