Regal, I have the same problem, as stated in JoJos  thread. Just went thru irritating warranty claim from them. I will stick with o'sea, a better product as far as I'm concerned. Stay away from strataglass and there bad customer service and quality control.

If its cloudy it is probably not makrolon. You can cut out and sew in new makrolon. If it is ridgid, and not vinyl that has lost its plasticizers, then it may be lexan, which will yellow. It could be old beat up acrylic, in which case you can buff it out. Lastly I recommend o'sea for scratch resistant glass over strataglass. 1- o'sea can handle suntan lotion, 2- strataglass has crap customer service when it comes to warranty on its product, and its quality control seems to have dropped.

You could slit the listing in 2 spots at the hole. Pull that piece into the hole and staple to the hole or pull through and staple to bottom of board. Especially if stapling a piece of material to bottom of board.

Here they want anywhere from 0 to 30%. I try to push jobs I quote in late summer, fall to store at the free facilities. At the 30% ones, I tell customer to have a talk with them. Let them know they want me to do canvas. I will then toss a couple hundred the storage facilities way. Doesn't make them happy, and they never send work my way. But, I found the job not them.
And the % is of the job, not material or labor, both.

Bobbin, again like your comments a year ago towards the tea party, you accuse and supply misinformation. I have no need to bluff nor backpedal, as I'm 100% positive the U.S.A. is a Republic. The pledge of allegiance does not say to the democratic republic, it says to the Republic. I know many on the left believe us to be a democracy, however, that is not case. I have done a cursory search on google as accussed, and provide a link to the Constitution. Please note article 4, section 4. Note it does not say democratic republic. I  can offhand state, that there is the democratic republic of congo, and I believe one of the korea's is also.

I do know the difference between a Republic and a democracy. Here in Wisconsin, Democracy voted to not allow gay marriage. How a Republic would have voted - we don't know.
Now, I'm happy to discuss health care, canvas, or business.

Bobbin, we are a Republic, some may say Constitutional Republic. No where in the constitution does it mention democracy.

Bobbin, I'm well aware what form of government we are. And it's not a democratic republic. In your doctor example, he is excersising individual rights. I agree, the people who didn't immunize should quit there whining.
I agree Steve, we should have tried a couple of your described things, instead of passing a bill so we can find out what is in it (per pelosi).

Scotty, the idea of "individual rights" has been played up by the very industries that will benefit most from "free enterprise" (think guns and healthcare).

In general, most of them are too ignorant of how their democratic republic operates to see that they're basically voting against their own best interests.

We are not a democratic republic, congo is. And the useless turd, that is currently president of the U.S.A. would fit in well there.

I already own many of the less expensive items.  But there is machinery (= $$) that I'd like to add to the "fleet" and I'm nervous about spending the money at a time when current revenues are still unpredictable.

I was moving into more polycarbonate windows on the enclosures I do. The consew 206 would sew it, but it was a chore, so it made me hesitant to quote it. Since this was the path I wanted to go, I bought a new juki 1541 last year with a needle positioning servo motor. I sew poly now without any headaches, well worth money spent.

Mike, I was thinking leave rear support legs where they are. Straps would then attach to that point after flip, and the strap attachment point could now be adjusted if needed to accommodate rear support legs.
Could try your solution also.

I'm not there. However, pull screws or pins on main bow attachment. Flip whole assembly 180 degrees, now it will fold back. I also believe that you will be able to pull bimini off, spin it 180 degrees and put back on to frame work.

Chris, I'd like to believe your right. But people seem to be going for cheaper and cheaper. Competitor did an enclosure with makrolon for $2000.00. He keeps getting work because he's cheap. And it looks cheap also.

A state spindle sander. Nice.
Use to do a lot of work on those, when I was still in the model making trade.

I've used aqualon for outdoor kitchen covers. Works so far, and a little cheaper than stamoid. As always use what works for you.
