I picked up a flat forked steel bar at a tag sale for 25 cents.  Seemed like it was possibly an upholsterers tool but needed a handle.  Two hours of fussing and it's ready for the next job.  Paying jobs were sitting around but this got my attention today - a break from the usual stuff -

I do that a lot. I get PO'ed when a job is taking longer than I charged for, yet I'll waste 2 or 3 hours on some little self-indulgence.

Looks like the perfect tool for prying arm panels off.
There cannot be a crisis next week. My schedule is already full.
