I'd like to know how after applying eleastic on the 1/2" seam, where do you put the pull strip and how to attach to the frame?
Appreciate any information on this!

Welcome, Sarah. You can sew the pull strip right over the elastic (just don't gather it). Leave enough pull strip to reach where you can staple it to wood, or hog ring it to a stake wire.
Since you used the word "frame", I assume that you're talking about furniture (not auto).
